Service Shield Program and Our Agreement Department 

Our Service Shield Program is designed to benefit our clients to ensure safety and comfort in their home throughout the year. 

When you become part of the First Choice family, we truly mean what we are saying. You will receive guaranteed same day service accompanied with Priority Service even in our busiest seasons.

When our friends and neighbors find themselves without heating or cooling in the peak of our most severe weather conditions, our Service Shield members are automatically prompted to the top of our dispatch board and are attended to before clients unfortunately not part of our Service Shield Program.

We here at First Choice Heating & Air cannot emphasize enough to our clients how much like family we truly feel they are. Service Shield members have full access via FaceTime/phone access to not only our Service Department Manager but also our owner Kevin Goude. It is Kevin’s standard and belief that all clients are equally important and he has made himself available to them at any time.

What makes us different? Here are just two examples.

One on one communication and scheduling with our Service Shield Department Coordinator Dani Welch. Dani prides herself in offering effective communication with a positive energy. It is her promise to you to make your scheduling as convenient and painless as possible in our busy lives.

We dispatch a highly trained qualified precision tune up specialist out to your property to complete a thorough 28 point maintenance inspection.
